Pinch me, I must be dreaming- my tastebuds have experienced their first orgasm.

In Miami, we definitely have our staples of go-to’s: Green Street Cafe for brunch, Vicky Bakery Paselitos, Publix cake’s for every birthday, but there’s a burger place that has been added to this list of Miami trademarks. Just a few short years ago, three friends (two of which are brothers) combined one’s family pincho recipe and the other’s famous burger skills to create The Pincho Factory. Going on their 9th (yes, 9th location), these three friends have had Miami and now Orlando, drooling over their menu from┬átheir Frittanga burgers with fried white cheese, cabbage slaw, & crema, Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches, Chicken, Steak, & Shrimp Pinchos and their Sweet Potato Tots served with Apple butter.

But to touch on the most important part of their menu, Pincho Factory has had Miami saying this is “literally the best place” ever due to their Toston Burger and daring Chalkboard Specials. Intrigued or confused about the first one? I did not stumble. Pincho serves ever latino’s dream: the Toston burger with two fried plantains served as the “buns” with jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and their special cilantro sauce. Not Cuban enough? On Sunday’s their Chalkboard special combines a trip to your favorite bakery: The Pastelito Burger- with a big juicy patty served between two sweet and flaky guava pastries. If these two specials don’t have you in your car driving over to your nearest Pincho, I honestly don’t know what’s wrong with you.
